These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of eternivante.com (the "Site"), operated by Eternivante S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Eternivante", "we" or "our"), with legal domicile at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office 812, C1043AAZ, Buenos Aires City, Argentina. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the service
Eternivante is an educational platform that provides informational content about personal finance, savings, and investment oriented to the Argentine public. All published content is exclusively for educational and informational purposes. Eternivante DOES NOT provide financial services, does not operate as a banking or financial entity, and is not registered as a stockbroker with the National Securities Commission (CNV). No content on the Site should be interpreted as personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.
